I am Adam. I spent fifteen years on the inside, on brands you would recognise. I loved the craft. I stopped believing in the bill. So I rebuilt the machine.

I know exactly which of that number was the work, and which was account manager layers, internal review theatre, and 2023 day rates on tasks AI now does in an afternoon. The craft was real and I still respect it. The pricing and the model are what I left. So I kept the judgment, dropped the overhead, put AI on a short leash, and made myself the gate.
