Privacy

Last updated 9 June 2026.

This is the privacy policy for adamships.com, run by me, Adam Sylwestrowicz, a solo studio in Sydney, Australia. It explains what happens to your information when you use this site or send me a message. It is written plainly, because that is how I work.

When you message me

If you fill in the contact form, I collect what you put in it: your email, your message, and which option you picked. That message is delivered to my inbox through Formspree, a form handling service, and lands in my email on Microsoft 365. I use it for one thing, to reply to you and talk about the work. I do not add you to any list and I do not pass it on.

Spam screening

The contact form is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile so bots cannot use it to send me junk. It runs quietly in the background and checks your browser rather than making you click on traffic lights. To do that, Cloudflare processes some technical information about your visit. How Cloudflare handles it is set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Analytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and privacy friendly. It sets no tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.

What I do not do

No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No selling or renting your data. No mailing list you did not ask to join.

How long I keep things

I keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful, while we are in contact and for my own records afterward. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email me at adam@adamships.com if you want to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. It is just me reading it, so you get a straight answer.

The services I rely on

Each handles only the minimum needed to do its job.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top.
